As I'm sure you all know, our Summer Reading Program is officially over. THANK YOU to everyone who participated! We had some great teen programs this year! We are now starting to look ahead to Teen Read Week, which will be October 17-23. More information will coming about that in the next month or so. The theme this year is Books With Beat. This can include anything from poetry or books about music, to murder mysteries (crime beat). If you have any suggestions about programs you might like to see happen during Teen Read Week, please email them to teens.clarkbooks@gmail.com. We'd love to hear your suggestions!
We will be taking a short break for the next couple of weeks, which means that we won't have any programs until the third week of August. But we start again on Monday, 8/16 with a Teen Advisory Board meeting at 6 p.m. If you'd like to be a part of what goes on at your library, please come out! We also have Teen Gaming that week on Thursday, 8/19 at 6 p.m. You must have your own library card and a signed permission slip to participate!
And now, today's Mockingjay countdown....drum roll please....19 days!!!!!!!
